RERA Support

• Project Registration Support:Assisting builders and promoters with preparing and filing initial RERA project registration documents, disclosures, and statutory applications. 
• Fund Withdrawal Certifications:Issuing mandatory CA certificates (such as Form 3) to verify project costs incurred and authorize the withdrawal of funds from the designated 70% project escrow account. 
• Annual & Periodic RERA Audits:Conducting statutory audits (such as Form 5) to certify that funds collected from allottees are utilized strictly for the specific project and in proportion to the stage of completion.
• Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) & Returns:Assisting with the timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of financial and construction progress updates. 
• Agent & Broker Registration:Helping real estate agents and intermediaries obtain and renew their official RERA registration. 
• Due Diligence & Advisory:Reviewing joint development agreements (JDAs), project structures, tax implications (including GST for builders), and long-term risk management. 
• Representation & Litigation Support:Representing clients before RERA Authorities, Adjudicating Officers, and Appellate Tribunals.
